Cancellation Policy

Registration Fees:

Registration fees are required to complete the registration process and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Full Refund Policy:

Registrants are eligible for a full refund (excluding the non-refundable registration fee) if the cancellation request is received more than 30 days before the camp start date.

Partial Refund Policy:

* A partial refund of 66% (excluding the non-refundable registration fee) will be issued if the cancellation request is received 24 hours before the camp start date.

* If the cancellation request is made after the camp has started, a partial refund will be issued for the remaining days of the camp (excluding the current day) with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund for that day.

Transfer of Registration:

Registrants may transfer their registration to another child for the same camp session without penalty, provided the camp administrators are notified at least 7 days before the camp start date.

Inclement Weather or Camp Cancellation:

In the event that the camp must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, low enrollment), an alternative date will be suggested if possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, registrants will receive a full refund (excluding the registration fee).

Transfer of Registration:

Registrants may transfer their registration to another child for the same camp session without penalty, provided the camp administrators are notified at least 7 days before the camp start date.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request and will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
